Kitchen and Dining Area: The Kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking essentials and amenities including Mini Fridge, Microwave, Toaster, Induction Hob and Stove top and more. The dining area has a modern and fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to cook a traditional Italian dinner which you an enjoy eating at the dining table that faces the Bay.

Guest Access
During your stay, you will have complete private access to the whole apartment. Please note, although the villa owners live on the bottom floor, there are two separate private entrances and you can also take the elevator to reach the rooftop apartment, both floors are not connected in any way so you will have complete privacy. There is the rare possibility you will also share the swimming pool facilities with the owners of the villa, but again this is very rare. You can also find free parking on the property, as the streets leading up to the villa can sometimes be quite small and narrow we recommend you taking a small to medium sized car to avoid any problems.
